An Aussie Affair

A young gay man leaves his little home town of Fritzlar, Germany, to journey to Australia. He expects a landscape of red sand, where people dressed in white safari suits walk along the endless beaches under a constantly brilliant sun. To his surprise, he finds himself in a vibrant, multicultural city called Sydney which extends a warm welcome to those looking to enjoy the gay lifestyle. Check out this one-man musical as part of Mardi Gras.

The Last Chai

With sweeping dance performances, spectacular costumes and a serious dose of slapstick comedy, The Last Chai is a modern Bollywood stage production with an ever-so-queer twist. Amir is an aspiring Sydney actor who’s just landed a part in a Bollywood film, but when he needs guidance, he turns to Grindr, not God. Presented by Trikone Australasia and part of the Sydney Mardi Gras festival, this is a wickedly funny murder mystery.
