Sydney’s Daywash dance party to support Olivia Newton-John’s cancer charity

ICONIC Sydney dance party Daywash is set for another huge event with some serious celebrity backing, and it’s all for a good cause.

Continuing in its tradition of donating part of the proceeds from ticket sales to a nominated charity, for the upcoming October long weekend party, Daywash organiser Johan Khoury has selected Olivia Newtown-John’s personal charity the Olivia Newton John Cancer and Wellness Centre.

Recognising the gesture of goodwill, Newtown-John even sent a personal video message to Daywash partygoers:

With its fifth and final release of tickets now available on the party’s website, tickets are expected to sell out fast.

Khoury told the Star Observer that there will also be a special Grease show choreographed by Heath Keating, who is currently performing in the stage musical of the same name that’s touring the country.
