Prize Claim

The Prize-winner has 28 days to claim their prize from the Star Observer Office. In the event of no claimant, the prize will lapse.

Entry

1.       Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.       Entry is open to any Australian resident, however employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families (including employee’s spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the person or of a spouse), associated agencies of this promotion and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to win the promotion.

3.       Entrants must complete the online readership survey and include their name, email address and phone number on the final survey question. Entrants must also answer the specific competition question in the survey. The competition will be judged by the CEO of Star Observer, with the selection of the winner based on the skill of the respondent. The judge’s decision will be final.

4.       Entrants that reside in the Australian state of New South Wales are eligible for Prize one. Entrants that reside in Australia are eligibile for Prize two, with the exception of residents of the state of New South Wales.

5.       Entrants may not enter more than once.

6.       Entrants must be 16 years old or older.

7.       Collection/distribution of the prize will be arranged by telephone or email. If the Promoter has been unsuccessful in contacting a winner by 12th November 2014, the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter will select another winner from the valid entries.

8.       The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Prizes

There are two major prizes.

• Prize one is a $2000 shopping spree gift voucher for use at Domayne Alexandria in New South Wales.
• Prize two is a $1000 shopping spree gift voucher for use at any Domayne store in Australia
