IDOThanks to our friends at Melbourne Queer Film Festival, we have 10 double passes to give away to the 7pm Sunday, March 17 screening of I Do at ACMI.

With its timely storyline, I Do highlights the barriers faced by the queer community in matters of love, identity and equality in order to achieve happiness. Jack, a British gay man working in the New York fashion industry, has his visa revoked and is forced to ask his best pal, Ali, to marry him to obtain a green card. Although Ali agrees, she’s not sure it’s a good idea, especially as she just broke up with her girlfriend.

When Jack falls for a sexy Spaniard, Mano, and a flirtation turns to a serious relationship, the ground under everyone’s feet begins to shift. And with the threat that at any minute immigration officers could come knocking on Jack and Ali’s door, the whole farce could be revealed, leaving everyone in danger.
