The circus is in town
One of the highlights of the Art & About Sydney festival, Circus Maximus is a musical work that has never been performed in Australia and very rarely elsewhere in the world because of the sheer scale and the number of musicians required. The audience is literally surrounded by the music. The Con’s Wind Symphony will play alongside 11 trumpeters, a saxophone quartet and other musicians strategically positioned around the auditorium.
