WHAT’S ON (Sydney): Positive Parenting forums

A SERIES of community forums sharing knowledge of and increasing awareness on legal matters relating to business, families and the ramifications of changes in circumstances affecting the LGBTI community will be held in Sydney starting later this week.

The series – a partnership between Sydney Gay and Lesbian Business Association (SGLBA) and Lander & Rogers Lawyers – will deliver four events, as well as periodic information of a legal nature through SGLBA’s media platforms.  The first event will be held on Saturday, July 18 and will cover the rainbow families sector.

[showads ad=MREC]The event will bring to light issues surrounding IVF, surrogacy, fostering, blended families and legal issues affecting them. Positive Parenting also dives into the family law sector affecting IVF, surrogacy and fostering for the LGBTQI community.

The panel will bring expert experience from leading providers including Lander & Rogers Lawyers, IVF Australia and Fostering NSW.

The non-traditional family is becoming common amongst today’s community, this event will help you understand how to protect yourself and your family in the eyes of the law.

All events will be held at Lander & Rogers’ offices in Sydney CBD.
