Young Talent Time returns

Camp creation Young Talent Time looks set to return to television after it was announced a reboot of the program would be one of the major events in Channel Ten’s 2012 programming line-up.

The show, which ran from 1971-1988 with host Johnny Young. The new format will see former Australian Idol contestant Rob ”Millsy” Mills taking the reins as host.

Among the other major announcements from the network was the introduction of a morning breakfast program hosted by TV doctor and 7PM Project guest host Andrew Rochford.

Underground, a series based on the book about Julian Assange’s life in Melbourne from age 18 also film next year, along with coming-of-age story Puberty Blues and Bikie Wars – an Underbelly style series following the story of the Comancheros and Bandidos showdown at Milperra.

Lisa McCune will shift from Nine to Ten in Reef Doctors, an action-adventure series filmed in northern Queensland.

The Graham Norton Show will switch from its home on the ABC and screen on Ten Saturday nights.
