Get fit for Twenty10

Life Active personal training boot camp owner Andrew Greig hopes to change the shape of Sydney with the Your Best Body Charity Challenge.

Greig said the challenge could help hundreds of local residents transform their bodies over an eight-week period, free of charge.

“There’s no cost to participate in the challenge,” Grieg said. “All we ask is that each person make a one-time $20 donation to [LGBTI youth charity] Twenty10.”

Orientation and the first training session will take place on Saturday, September 24. There will then be one group training session every Saturday in Prince Alfred Park.

An information pack containing a nutrition and exercise guide, rules and prizes is available at www.yourbestbodysurryhills.com

“Anyone living near Surry Hills and the CBD over the age of 18 is welcome to participate,” Greig said.

Businesses including Gold’s Gym, Halt Hair, Mankind and Pazzo Restaurant are sponsoring the challenge and will provide many of the prizes awarded to the Your Best Body Grand Champion and two runners-up.
