George Michael’s royal wedding tribute
George Michael has recorded a cover of Stevie Wonder’s classic ballad You and I in celebration of next week’s royal wedding.
The 47-year-old pop icon settled on the song after calling for recommendations from fans over Twitter.
You and I is being given away for free via George’s website but he is encouraging people who download it to make a small contribution to The Prince William & Miss Catherine Middleton Charitable Gift Fund (click here).
There’s no word yet if the song will be played at the wedding, but George is rumoured to have made Prince William a mixtape for the occasion.
