Femme Fatale at the bordello
Following an exhibition of works by infamous underworld identity Mark ‘Chopper’ Read, Melbourne ‘boutique bordello’ Cromwell Manor is this month showing a series by local artist Nikita Ninotcha.
The exhibition, Femme Fatale at the Bordello, features a series of mostly oil painted works ifluenced by pop art and inspired by the seductive figure of the femme fatale.
In the series, Ninotcha (a self-taught artist) explores strong, confident women who look out only for themselves.
