Singers Shauna Jensen and Emily Williams of Young Divas will headline a Paddington RSL fundraiser for victims of the tsunami which devastated Samoa .

There will also be three floor shows with a Pacific flair, including performers from the Cook Islands.

“It’s going to be about rebuilding Samoa. It will be an event that showcases everything that is part of the Pacific, but which uses the talent from the gay scene,” organiser Ralph Togia-Molesi explained.

Like many involved with organising the night, Togia-Molesi lost family members in the shocking events which killed hundreds.

“One of the boys in our team lost 18 of his family members, including extended family, and I lost seven,” he said.

info: The tsunami appeal will be held on November 6 at Paddington RSL. For more information, contact Ralph on 0415 739 193.
