In case you hadn’t heard, jelly wrestling has become a Wednesday night staple at The Clarence Hotel in Petersham. Not only do you get to enjoy a little man-on-man action in a giant pool of lime jelly, but you’ll also get a pair of $50 Cocksox underwear for your trouble, plus a special prize for the winner.

It was breathing room only at The Clarence Hotel on Friday night when the venue had its official opening.
Crowds packed the Petersham hotel, which includes the former Manacle and Out Bar, to help owners Andrew Clarke and Stuart Fraser celebrate the hotel’s opening.
Special guests included Manacle stalwart JBear, Karl Hand from the Metropolitan Community Church, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence -” who blessed the venue -” and members of a string of community organisations.
