I don't hate him, he critiqued my game and helped me get better. But I don't support that lifestyle.

jbennett_espn @joe_________________6 no, I'm not one of those hate speech people. If Christians use hateful words or bash others, it make people hate Christians and not wanna become one. I have had tendencies in the past to bash others rather than use love and kindness. You know. I tried to keep it short, "praying for you", didn't expect it to start something. Derrick is a friend, but don't expect me to get behind his decision. But I won't ignore or hate on him. He needs to know that he isn't being judged by me, that's God's job. And God loves anyone no matter what sin or issues they have. But again, don't assume that it's okay to act in that way. But no need to reinstate what is already obvious.
missingkydd @jbennett_espn being gay is not a lifestyle no more than being black is. A persons sexuality is a part of who they are. Even if it was a lifestyle, you don't have to agree with it, you also don't have to disrespect them by coming to them with your negative, ignorance. Ignorance is something best kept in the closet, sexuality is not.
