• 45ml Chivas Scotch
  • 15ml Drambuie
  • Grapefruit or Citrus Zest

“In a mixing glass pour 45ml of aged blended scotch whiskey that is at least 12 years old. Chivas Regal provides the perfect partner with its honey and hazelnut notes and its long creamy finish.
15 mls of drambuie will add to the honey nectar, but teases the pallet with herbs and spices to make sure this is not sweet cocktail seen on schoolies week.
Fill to the top with ice and with a long spoon Stir the ice making sure it goes from top to bottom. When the mix lightens in complexion, taste with a straw. Serve with a slice of grape fruit or orange zest and enjoy the unique fusion of citris, malt, honey herbs and spice”
Would like this to look like something you’d want to trim out, hang on the fridge and say “I want to make that!”
Don’t be fooled by your taster sip with a straw, the only way you can measure the quality of a classic rusty screwdriver is in the finish, as its honey-warmth is welcomed to retire past your lips
