Australian Community Workers Association assessor Jane Njuhi Hughes will fill the role.

Hughes, who has also worked in a women’s project in Vanuatu, said she was excited to join the organisation.

“I look forward to building on the successes of the previous management and helping the agency continue to grow and thrive,” she said.
