Community gives generously
People Living With HIV/AIDS Victoria has sent out a heartfelt thanks to the community this week after hundreds of gifts flowed in from Sircuit Bar’s July 17 GIVE dance party.
PLWHA vice president Sam Venning said he was overwhelmed with community generosity.
“Everyone’s been so generous, we’re really pleased with the result so we’d like to say a big thank you to the community and to Sircuit Bar for making it all happen.”
The gifts will be stored at the Victorian AIDS Council building until December when they will be handed out to people living with HIV/AIDS in need on Christmas Day.
