Long weekend, what a party

Long weekend, what a party

This Sunday, after the sun has set, and your arm is tired from flipping the two-up paddle, a bevy of entertainment awaits on the pink strip — what better way could there be to spend your winnings?

The Colombian Hotel launches Deep Disko, tipped as a Sunday groovefest full of funk and soul music. DJs include Phil Hudson, Dave 54, Toby Wilson and Agey.

Further down the strip, the Midnight Shift will hold a special tribute to the late and great DJ, David Hiscock.

VJ Justin Scott will perform a special work devoted to the man’s spirit and favourite music.

The Taxi Club is encouraging patrons to don a dress, and get in the spirit of their annual ANZAC event, which always promises a diverse array of performers. Best of all, it’s free.
For those who have spent the day down in the Rocks, Summer-Salt is a short stumble away, at Cruise bar.

Sip a bevvy while taking time to appreciate our great harbour, and listen to some of the finest tracks from DJs Kate Monroe, Chip, Beth Yen, David DC and GI Jode. Topping the packed list of performers for the day will be Zoe Badwi, who will be performing a number of her chart-topping dance tracks, including Release Me.
Tickets start at $25 and are on sale now through www.moshtix.com.au.
