Fitness fans, get pumped

The Australian Fitness & Health Expo hits Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre on April 15, 16 and 17, providing an opportunity for fitness fans to check out the latest trends and gadgets. Brand new products include a portable machine the size of a coffee cup that works out your lung muscles, the next evolution of pilates, ‘cardiolates’, and an unusual new offshoot of yoga, utilising a ‘yoga wall’. Celebrities attending the expo include Michelle Bridges, Matt Shirvington, Zumba creator Beto Perez (pictured) and boxer Danny Green. There’s also a Fittest Bloke Competition, with over 80 Aussie guys battling it out for the title through a series of gruelling tests. info: www.fitnessexpo.com.au

Support the Star Observer… while you still can

LGBTQIA+ media is under threat. Queer content is censored by tech conglomerates who amplify bigotry and push out AI slop — so we receive less financial support than ever.

When our community is muzzled and intolerance intensifies, we need queer media more than ever. Your donation means we can continue paying queer journalists to write queer news.

Don’t rely on the straight lies of big tech – support Star Observer instead and donate now.
