With eight songs from Christina Aguilera and two stellar contributions from Cher, this is the ideal primer before Burlesque’s released in cinemas on January 13.
Christina’s songs are arguably stronger than most of the material on last year’s disappointing Bionic – check out the Marilyn Manson-sampling electro number Beautiful People or the sublime Sia-penned ballad Bound To You.
But it’s Cher who steals the show with the Diane Warren power ballad You Haven’t Seen The Last Of Me – it’s one tacky remix away from being a drag anthem.
