10-year-old pop sensation Willow Smith has unleashed her latest film clip upon tweens and toddlers around the globe.

Will Smith’s precocious daughter, who had an unexpectedly massive hit with Whip My Hair late last year, spared no expense on 21st Century Girl.

The Rich Lee-directed video begins with the hair whipper being conjured out of sand by an old lady in the middle of the desert – think a Disney version of Michael Jackson’s Remember The Time – before the aspiring diva and her friends pull bikes, skateboards and even buildings out of the ground.

It’s as bright and colourful as you would expect from Willow but even the amazing visual effects can’t make up for the distinctly lacklustre tune, which is struggling on iTunes despite a recent performance on Oprah.

Fingers crossed the video improves the song’s chart fortunes.
