Tickets to Big Queer Nation are expected to sell out, according to ACON, which is holding the dance party as a fundraiser on the upcoming Queen’s Birthday long weekend. Nearly half of the 8000 tickets available were sold during the earlybird period when prices were discounted, and sales have been healthy since. So if you plan to go you’d better get in quick. DJs on the night include New York’s Victor Calderone, the UK’s Alan Thompson, plus local favourites Alex Taylor, Kate Monroe and Neal Crawford, just to name a few.
