Bourget steps down
New Mardi Gras announced this week the appointment of a new chair person. David Imrie was unanimously voted as the new chair of New Mardi Gras on 6 May 2008.
David’s appointment follows the resignation of three year chair, Marcus Bourget, who saw the organisation and its hallmark events achieve all of it’s goals.
Marcus said that he was pleased to lead the organisation at a critical time and enjoyed watching its re-birth.
