BADABOOM BADABING (Brothers In Rhythm Original Mix)
Hip Service

This track starts with a heavy bass line which pushes things into a large drum arrangement and then a massive looping guitar. It reminds me of Banda Sonoras’s Guitarra G. Perfect for summer.

HIP MA TIXE ME (Craig Obey Remix)
Craig Obey & The Electric Force

This is Craig Obey’s second single and it always fills the dancefloor immediately. It features strong vocals by Chance, who has previously worked with Deep Swing and Sunkids. This track has a catchy chorus and a simple melody -“ that’s what it takes to make a hit. And this is one of them.

LOLA’S THEME (Mirable Man Retouch Mix)
Shapeshifters

This song has been around since January and is still doing well. The Mirable Man Retouch mix is a little bit different, with its heavy beats and synthesiser slowly melting into the filtered main motif. Then there’s the solo guitar and big build-up. With its underground feel this track is great for darker clubs.

SMALLTOWN BOY (Paul Goodyear & Jayson Leahey Remix)
Michal Nicolas

I had a chance to see Michal performing live at Midnight Shift Club and the Sydney Food & Wine Festival a few weeks ago. Paul and Jayson’s remix brings this Bronski Beat classic back to life with its heavy bass line and Michal’s powerful vocals. A full dancefloor guaranteed!

THAT FEELING (Original Stereo Mix)
DJ Chus Presents The Groove Foundation

This is one of my all time favourites. That Feeling is DJ Chus’s biggest smash hit to date. The Original Stereo Mix is a building, percussive, jazzy track with a disco feeling. It will have you shaking things on the dancefloor every time you hear it!
