Gay Republicans: don’t vote for Bush
Gay Republican group Log Cabin Republicans have refused to endorse President George Bush for the upcoming November election due to his push for a ban on gay marriage.
The Log Cabin board of directors voted 22 to 2 not to endorse Bush’s re-election. It is the first time the organisation has refused to endorse a Republican nominee since it was formed in 1993.
