General admission tickets for the Bobby Goldsmith Glamstand have gone on sale, and you better be quick if you want to get the best view in town and help a charity at the same time.

For the third year running, standing room tickets will be available for people wishing to watch the parade from the prime Glamstand position, at a fraction of the cost of regular tickets –just $69.80.

General admission gives you access to all the same perks of a reserved seat ticket, minus a chair. There is access to a bar and food, deluxe pre-parade entertainment from Jade McRae, DJ Scott Pullen and DJ Kitty Glitter and even a MAC Cosmetics team on hand to keep you looking fresh and fabulous.

“This is of course one of our biggest money earners for the year, so it is hugely important to the charity.” Bobby Goldsmith Foundation spokesman Murray Black said.

“It’s a great way to get right up close to the parade, and one of the most inexpensive ways as well. We’ve been so pleased with the reaction we’ve had so far. We’ve already sold all the reserved seats and Glamour Bar seats, and these ones are already being snapped up. It’s great news for the foundation.”
