Goodyear to bring in the New Year

Arq is going to be one of Sydney’s hot spots for New Year’s Eve this year and making sure the music is louder than ever is our very own international DJ Paul Goodyear.
Having worked at Arq for seven years before his European debut, this artist knows the ins and outs of what a true dancer likes to hear and feel.
“I know the room pretty well,” Goodyear told SSO from Europe.
“I always loved playing at Arq and am really excited to be taking the crowd on another Paul Goodyear musical journey there.
“It will be great to play to the people I know best.”
This time he’ll be playing the very best in vocal house, progressive, tribal, US circuit and electro.
“I will be playing exclusive Goodyear remixes, productions and re-edits. You will always hear stuff in my sets that you won’t hear anywhere else,” he said.
“You can’t avoid it in Europe as there is very little American music over here.
“I’ve always been diverse in my sound but working in so many different countries now I am even more so.”
On the night, Jimmy Dee and Sandi Hotrod will play in the Vortex and Shigeki will play with Goodyear in the Arena.
Advance tickets are $45, $40 for members and it’s $50 on the door. Details: arqsydney.com.au.
