Hearts and ribbons
About 250 community members donated time and fingers to make 65,000 red ribbons on the weekend. Anyone who missed out but wants to help can head to ACON’s Commonwealth Street premises during business hours or email redribbon@acon.org.au. The ribbons will be sold during AIDS Awareness Week in the lead-up to World AIDS Day on Wednesday 1 December.
