The little black dress has long been a fashion staple, so it is no wonder the gay and lesbian community has found a way to turn it into a fun but important fundraiser.
Sydney Frontrunners – Australia’s largest lesbian and gay running and athletics club – will hold its annual Little Black Dress Fun Run on 9 February – the first sports event on the Mardi Gras calendar.
What makes the event memorable is that a little black frock is to be worn while running.
