Marrickville Council seeks input
Marrickville Council will host a panel discussion and open forum that will assist council in planning for the LGBTI community over the next 12 months.
ABC personality Bernie Hobbs (pictured) will MC the forum which will include representatives from Twenty10, Rainbow Babies, The Gender Centre, and Sydney Ten Forty.
Marrickville Mayor Morris Hanna will open the event.
“Attendees can have their voice heard and provide advice and help facilitate effective communication between council and members of the LGBTI communities in the Marrickville area,” Hanna said.
“This feedback will feed into Council’s planning and guide Council’s development of locally responsive events and services.”
