QUEER ART OUT WEST

Queer artists in Western Sydney are being invited to take part in the Out West art festival, titled Reel Me Out, which will be held on 5 and 6 October. Organisers are hoping to attract artworks from at least 20 artists, detailing the concerns about identity and sexuality within contemporary Western Sydney. All submissions and queries should be addressed to [email protected].

THAT’S WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR

Gold’s Gym will be the presenting partner for the first Friends @ Flinders, with a cast member of the hit musical Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert performing for the crowd. This first Friends @ Flinders will be held from 6pm to 9pm, with the $5 entry donation going to BGF. RSVP to Katie on 9287 1112.
