Priscilla dragged to London

The hit musical Priscilla Queen of the Desert will leave Australia to open in London next year.
The producer of the Australian show, Liz Koops, said the production team would keep the Australian script to maintain the production’s integrity.
She also confirmed there was a possibility the musical, which opened at the weekend in Melbourne, may also end up in America in 2009.
The musical has been well received in Australia. It ran for almost a year in Sydney before heading to Melbourne.
