Volunteers needed to make ribbons for World AIDS Day

ACON is seeking volunteers to pop by their premises for a day to help make ribbons that will then be sold as part of the organisation’s Red Ribbon Appeal.

World AIDS Day on December 1, the appeal is ACON’s biggest fundraising event of the year and they need to make 10,000 ribbons.

The ribbons will then be sold on the streets of Sydney and throughout NSW on November 29 and December 1.

Volunteering to make or sell ribbons or purchasing and wearing a red ribbon helps raise money to fund programs and services that are vital to ending the HIV epidemic in NSW.
