Pride Foundation Australia launches grant round supporting LGBTI people with a disability
$20,000 in grants will be made available to projects aimed at improving the wellbeing of LGBTI people living with a disability in Australia.

“Inaccessible public transport isolates us, it cuts us off from LGBTIQA+ communities and it makes it hard for some of us to make friends, find partners, have relationships and celebrate disability LGBTIQA+ pride”
Special will be based on writer Ryan O’Connell’s experiences growing up, and coming out, as a gay man with cerebral palsy.

The dedicated funding for LGBTI carers, young carers, and regional carers will provide access to grants for grassroots and state-wide support groups.
