The Queen of Pop video was created in recognition and respect of Madonna’s support to the LGBTI community throughout her career.

“Madonna has helped define a generation during an era that has seen huge global changes, and diversity has always been core to her message of self-expression and love,” Mardi Gras wrote in its Facebook post.

“We hope that our tribute goes someway to reflect the sheer joy, infinite love and deep respect that our diverse LGBTQI communities have for a unique performer who continues to empower, celebrate, and support us.”

Madonna is currently performing around Australia with her Rebel Heart Tour, finishing up in Sydney on March 19 and 20 this weekend.
