In the lead-up to The Sydney Morning Herald Half-Marathon on Sunday, May 15, the Sydney Frontrunners have added a more taxing run to their weekly training calendar. Saturday morning runners now have the choice of a relaxed 9am 5km, a more strenuous 12km run kicking off at 8am, or the special half-marathon training runs, which start at 7.30am and will take runners on a circuit from Centennial Park, through Hyde Park, around Mrs Macquarie’s Point and through the city. If Saturdays don’t suit, the Frontrunners also hold regular runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays. Visit www.sydneyfrontrunners.org for the latest schedules.
