Circle girls head to Laird

Melbourne men’s-only drinking hole the Laird Hotel will suspend its usual rules later this month for two daytime television hosts.

Channel Ten’s The Circle stars Chrissie Swan and Yumi Stynes will headline the Laird’s long-running annual comedy night Midsumma Mooning.

The event has attracted some of Australia’s top comic talent over the years, including another Circle regular, Denise Drysdale.

The pair will grace the stage to share some laughter and auction off items to raise money for the David Williams Fund which cares for people living with HIV.

The pub has also put a call out for contents to bare-all in the mooning competition. They’ll be lots of prizes up for grabs, including a four-night getaway for two at Skinny Dips Resort and Spa. Contestants receive a gift bag
from Titanmen.

Contestants need to register at [email protected] or grab an entry form at the bar.

On Friday, January 27. Doors open 8pm. Tickets from the Midsumma website or $10 on the door.
