Get your dancing shoes on
DanceDance, a same-sex ballroom and Latin dance school, is seeking beginners to join their winter classes.
Teachers David Rooney and Virginia Binning said now is the time to get those dancing shoes on and be part of the Same-Sex Dance Spectacular in February 2010.
They just keep getting better and to make them even more enjoyable we need more same-sex dancers to join in the competition, Binning said.
We are calling on you now to learn how to dance and then join in the fun of competition from beginner to professional levels.
DanceDance has been running classes for the GLBT community for several years and specialises in many dance styles including ballroom, Latin, and Argentine tango.
Same-sex classes run on Monday evenings in Chippendale and in Newtown on Wednesday nights. Beginner classes start at 7.30pm.

Just recently joined this class. It’s very good; nice & relaxed environment, attentive to detail and whilst it takes time to learn this kind of dance, it is taught in a very simple & easy to understand steps.
Gee I wish there was something like this in Goulburn, now that we have electricity we can stay up later of a night!
