This week ACON Northern Region farewells its manager, Chris Clementson. Chris is moving to Brisbane to become sexual health program manager with ACON’s sister organisation, QAHC.
His five years of leadership through partnership building have improved the health and wellbeing of the GLBT community living in regional NSW.
Thanks to Chris for making sure ACON’s work was always -˜about the people’.
In September, Shannon Wright moves to Newcastle as the manager and so it is business as usual.
The Substance Support Service walking group has started. If you want to get some exercise with others who are dealing with their drug issues, call Jeff at the Newcastle office.
