Is Done is good
Queer Sydneysider Jackie Ruddock is midway through an unusual charity undertaking: each day for a year she will wear an outfit showcasing a piece of oft-mocked 1980s artist Ken Done’s fashion. Each day she’ll also pledge $3 to The Social Studio, a charity that helps young refugees. Ruddock will appear at Calling all Queer-preneurs: An evening for Queer Changemakers, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropists, at the School for Social Entrepreneurs, Level 5, 822 George St, Sydney, on Thursday, March 3, 6pm.
