Opening on Friday, February 10, Claire’s Kitchen is the new venture of French-born Marc Kuzma, aka Claire de Lune.
After six years running Slide just next door, Kuzma is looking forward to bringing some French style to the ‘Paris end’ of Oxford St. Kuzma and award-winning chef Daz Antaw (former chef at Duck Pie, Balmain) are working on a traditional French brasserie menu with a few modern twists. De Lune told us she has a month of festivities planned to celebrate her opening.
“No big opening night — instead I will offer 25 percent off everyone’s food bill in February [excluding Valentine’s Day and Claire’s Kitchen for Twenty10 charity night on February 15].
