Festival with a Spanish twist
The most exciting Latin American and Spanish films from the past 12 months are heading to Melbourne for the fabulous La Mirada Festival. Moonrise Kingdom director Wes Anderson, Mexican director and acclaimed actor Gael Garcia Bernal and The Hives lead singer Pelle Almqvist are the guest curators for this year’s event featuring new releases, documentaries and classic films.
La Mirada Film Festival runs from November 15-26 at ACMI and Cinema Nova, Carlton.
