Scott became part of the lifestyle team in 2010 where he specialises in weight loss, shaping, toning and, most of all, building people’s confidence and making them feel good about themselves. Scott knows what it takes to help you stay motivated and smashing those weight-loss goals as he has been
there himself.

Originally weighing in at 102 kg he lost 25kgs of fat in less than 12 months, turning his life around and becoming stronger, fitter and healthier.

It is because of this that Scott believes watching people achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of being a personal trainer.

  1. Just lost 17kgs as phase 1. Goal for Ph 1 was to get back to weight at 50 y.o. currently 54y.o. Phase 2 introduces multi-fitness activities. I hate the gym and have limited to 1 or two per week. Goal for phase 2 is to reach weight and stamina that iI was at 40y.o. simply put, I judged that I needed to shed bulk before fitness. Now my routine includes fast walking, swimming, Pilates and cycling. For first time ever exercise is a pleasure.
    I believe that too many ‘professionals’ use cookie cutter formulae and end up losing their clients. Hurrah for creativity and listening to your body’s rhythm.
