Sir Ian shares the love at Aurora dinner
Sir Ian McKellen was the special guest at Saturday night’s Aurora dinner.
The star of stage and screen delivered a stirring speech, dressed in the “Some people are gay, get over it’ t-shirt that seems to have become a staple at gay and lesbian events in Australia.
Other special guests included Wentworth MP Malcom Turnbull, Masonic Centre CEO Ken Taylor, news reader Geoff Field and strong of community supporters.
