Intra is a free outreach service provided by the Buttery to the North Coast community. The Buttery is first and foremost an independent community based charitable organisation and consists of three distinct services; a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre operating as a therapeutic community; an outpatient/outreach drug counselling and education service; and an outreach/outpatient gambling counselling and education service.

Cringe the Binge is a national campaign that draws awareness to the serious and increasingly dangerous issue of youth binge drinking in Australia via a National Weekend of Action November 9-11. On this weekend, Australians are asked to pause and reflect on their drinking habits and donate what they would normally spend on alcohol to the Cringe the Binge campaign via their website. Monies raised will fund youth and community workers to create local action. For more info or to donate, go to
