Surf! Sun! Sand! – sound good?

If so, head to Coffs Harbour in October for CoastOut. Fancy yourself as a bit of a surfer? Or perhaps an ocean swimmer? Or maybe you’d just prefer to relax at a fair day and listen to some good live music.

CoastOut is going to have it all, so come and join us at CoastOut in Coffs Harbour from Friday 29 to Sunday 31 October.

CoastOut is a three-day festival being organised by Coffs community member Todd Buttery. It is being plugged as a gay, lesbian and friends beach festival.

If you feel like having an energising weekend, getting out into the outdoors to work some of the tired muscles that have been in hibernation throughout winter and participating in some sporting events amongst like minded people, here’s your opportunity.

Or if you feel like you need a good excuse to have a weekend of relaxing and catching up with friends while you enjoy a fair day on the water’s edge, then you’ve found it! There will be a little something for everyone whatever your fancy is.

This is the first year this festival will be held and it’s already receiving a lot of support and interest … and what better location could you have for a beach festival than Coffs Harbour.

ACON will have an information stall at the cocktail party, and a stall at the fair day, so please come along and say hello.

ACON staff and volunteers will also be on hand throughout the rest of the festival to provide information and safe sex resources.
