This independently published guidebook, available from Amazon UK, is an oddity. Richardson tries to offer a spiritual understanding of what it means to be gay, and while his heart seems to be in the right place as he gives advice to those struggling with their sexuality, his theories are questionable. Statements like ‘A gay man is a spirit-soul with a predominantly female-inclined mind in a male body’ are made with absolute certainty but without a shred of supporting evidence.
