The Aurora Group has announced further details for the upcoming fourth annual instalment of Fat Tuesday, to be held on Tuesday, February 22 at Civic Dining, as part of the 2011 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras season.

Jeremy Brennan (Jersey Boys), Phil Scott (The Wharf Revue), Gabby Millgate (Muriel’s Wedding, Full Frontal), Liesel Badorrek (Six Quick Chicks) and the Carpenters from Kempsey will all be performing on the evening, while Sydney chef Peter Conistis will be the event’s head chef.

“Fat Tuesday is traditionally a fun, indulgent and festive event where guests are treated to fabulous food in the perfect cabaret setting. We are delighted to announce such remarkable performers to entertain the joyful Aurora crowds,” Aurora chair David Moutou said.

Now an established tradition for Aurora, the annual indulgence of food, wine, comedy and song is also a fundraiser to help the group support GLBT community projects across NSW. Tickets to the event are $110 and can be booked via 02 8323 4041 or [email protected]
