VicBears call for nominations
VicBears is calling for committee nominations ahead of its annual general meeting (AGM) at the end of next month.
Fresh from the success of this year’s Southern HiBearnation festival, all financial members of VicBears are invited to attend the two-hour meeting to be held at the Victorian AIDS Council/Gay Men’s Health Clinic on Tuesday, July 26.
The meeting is an opportunity for VicBears members to elect the 2011-12 committee to run the club for the next 12 months.
Voting rights to financial members only.
All AGM documents can be found on the VicBears website.
Forms – including proxy forms – are not being mailed so members are being asked to review and print the AGM forms from the website.
Description of the different committee positions and nomination forms are now also available online.
Committee nominations must be received by 5pm Tuesday, July 19.
The AGM will start at 7:30pm sharp at the VAC/GMHC Training Room, Ground Floor, 6 Claremont Street.
