A needle-free filling at the dentist is today’s reallity

One of the biggest advances in dentistry in recent years is the dental laser, according to Stephen Mattsson from Hampstead Dental.

Often referred to as “no needle – no drill”, the water laser combines the numb- ing effect of the laser and water pulsating to numb the tooth prior to treatment for fillings.
