Australia’s new wrestling pop diva

Jenna Dwyer is using her starring role in upcoming zombie wrestling movie Parts Unknown: Fight Like A Girl as a stepping stone to a music career.

Clearly a woman of many talents, the Aussie diva not only kicks undead butt in the film – she also provides the theme song.

Fight Like A Girl, which she co-wrote with goth pop singer Mandy Kane, sounds like a weird cross between Evanescence and Paramore, with a dash of upbeat pop thrown in for good measure.

The video (below) is also something of a triumph and a preview of her acting debut.

Our glamorous heroine prowls around the wrestling ring in a black leotard, while some of Australia’s hottest female wrestlers battle it out around her.

Parts Unknown: Fight Like A Girl and its soundtrack will be released locally later this year.
